“Where do I start? This property was what we had hoped for and more. This was our third family holiday to spain travelling with our 6 and 9 year old and the property was just perfect. A 5 minute walk from the local shop and bakery and bar and a short drive away from the beautiful Arenal beach. “It is a very nice house with tree bedrooms a nice living and a kitchen with everything what you need. The garden is well maintained and there is a very nice swimming pool. On colder nights there is good central heating . The house is on a very nice location with al the beautifull miradors close by, some even in walking distance. There is a good welcome book with a lot of information.”

“The property is beautifully laid out, with access to separate bedrooms if needed out of the main building around the pool area (for grandparents, or teenagers, for late night swims. maybe). Spacious sitting and dining areas, lovely kitchen and separate utility room, 3 bathrooms, lots of towels and spotlessly clean on arrival. Not too 'hi-end', so you can feel comfortable and relax and not worry too much about anything and completely enjoy yourselves. Absoutely lovely people checking in and……

“We spent Xmas and New Year here and enjoyed it very much. Blue sky, sun and the fabulous sea view are a happy contrast to northern cold grey weather. The villa had everything we needed. We especially liked the original Spanish style furnishings (very much not-Ikea :). A wonderful place to enjoy and relax. ”

“The villa is lovely and set in a great location. It’s walking distance to bars and restaurants and we often caught the bus which is a short walk away, into the old town. The pool was enjoyed by all and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The games room was a bit tired and we didn’t spend much time in there. There were a few outdoor areas we found that hadn’t been cleaned and a couple of issues but communication from Sue was very good. Overall we had a lovely holiday. ”

“We stayed at this property over the Easter Holidays 2025 with our family and must say it did not disappoint one bit, the pictures of the villa do not do it justice its actually much better when your there and its plenty big enough for a family, location wise its situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of major towns and boasts an excellent swimming pool to cool off in after a day out in the hot sun.
