“Great house nearby the beach in lovely Valencia. We were there with a group of 11 marathon runners. The house was more than spacious. Enough rooms and beds. A well equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Not to forget the garage and z cosy swimming pool. Communication with Juan, the host, was perfect. ”

“Heel aardige eigenaar en zeer behulpzaam geweest met een ongeval van mijn man. Goed uitgerust huis met heerlijk zwembad en buitenterras. Boven en bij het zwembad. Mooi uitzicht op de zee. Sinaasappel en citroenbomen in de tuin voor gebruik. Dicht bij Calpe en toch rustige omgeving. In de periode van verblijf was het vrij rustig op de doorlopende weg Calpe, Moraira die onderaan het huis loopt.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most positive aspects are the outdoor spaces with the massive pool, incredible view and the patio area. Inside, apart from the disappointing kitchen, the rooms are of a very good size and are nicely decorated with each having a slightly different personality. The place could do with a bit of maintenance like lights that don't work, shower hoses that leak etc, which did take the shine off a little bit. But this is a really lovely home and the views make it……

“Had a great stay in the villa. Its situated in a quiet area which was great and the facilities were spot on, just as advertised (although the photos listed on the advertisment didnt do it justice). There were a couple of areas of maintainace that require sorting such as a loose door handle in tbe familly bedroom and a leaky air con unit in the living room but overall the villa is a very pleasent place to stay. We may be looking to book it again for next year.”

“Nous y retournerons volontiers. 6 adultes 1 Bébé et 1 Chien, sans problème. Confortable pour tous. Quelques éléments nécessitent d'être remplacé (chaise enfant se désagrège) mais tout reste fonctionnel et très propre. Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en Septembre. On remarque que cette maison a été construite avec le plus grand soin et des matériaux de qualité. L'accès aux commerces et restaurants sont à 15 minutes en voiture, rien à pied dommage. Mais la vue et le calme vaut bien un peu de……
