“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in ihrem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren groß und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Park war sehr schön mit vielen tollen Pflanzen. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und war abwechslungsreich. Auch der Service war klasse. Wir können diese Anlage nur empfehlen. ”

“Great stay. A week of half-board, with a full day of organized activities to choose from every day. Very responsive, friendly and professional staff. We had rented an EV, and the hotel has two 11kW charging stations with dedicated parking space for EVs. One of them was working ok, and charging there was a breeze. Food is excellent with two main restaurants to choose from. There are two parts of this sprawling hotel, we stayed in the one further away from the beach and it was fine. Also location……

“Läget superbt sett till utsikten och kvalitén avseende utbud o service. Inte strandmänniska, men som sådan är det knappast idealiskt m h t över 700 trappsteg ner till stranden. Vi gick trots detta ner ett par gånger under veckan. Hotellets pool, närheten till butiker och restauranger samt aktivitetsutbud räckte väl där uppe på höjden! Häftigt med en friliggande hissen med fantastisk utsikt under förflyttning mellan boende och reception, pool, hotellbar och det närbelägna centrumet med utbud av……

“Where to begin. Nice to have a glass of bubbly on arrival. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service. Choice of food is very limited and not really suitable for vegetarians. The tray, plates and cutlery were not collected after we finished……

“A fantastic hotel, with top tier staffing, the facilities were great. Easy access to the local bars and restaurants but honestly wouldn’t bother going out too much if we came again as the vibe inside the hotel is way better ”

“A very nice 4* hotel; I’m aware that hotels are designated their stars on the basis of facilities. This hotel is advertised as 5* but in my opinion it is much more inline with what’s expected of 4*. Positives - staff are very friendly, the ocean view from the room was magnificent. Negatives - the coffee at breakfast is truly disgusting, the beds are very hard, the hotel has a very 80’s vibe and decor - think dark wood laminate, foamy ceiling tiles, one buffet restaurant (no ala carte), dismal……
