“Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable, ils sont à l’écoute. L’établissement ne possède pas de laverie sur place. La piscine est cool. Juste à côté du Yumbo. Le gros point négatif pour moi est la Wifi qui est mauvaise. Appart-hotel un peu vieillot mais j’ai malgré tout passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande.”

“This is the perfect stay if you are looking for somewhere in Playa del Ingles / Maspalomas to call a home base for a bit. The (two) pools are gorgeous, and you have dedicated loungers and an umbrella. I stayed in the Premium Apartment 121, which was heavenly. It is steps from the beach and also right next to the Cita, which has a grocery store for essentials. The staff was helpful getting anything you need, including 3am transport to the airport! If you are hesitating, do yourself a favor and……

“Gute Lage und es war so als wäre man bei Freunden untergebracht. Super nettes Personal. Tipp: bessere Pfannen und die Basis Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sollten vorhanden sein. “Exactly as described. The apartment and furnishings were all new, kitchen had new appliances dishwasher washing machine induction oven and hob, microwave (no kettle) air con worked perfectly (make sure you close curtains before you go out), nice size balcony and roof terrace, free on street parking. No reception, you will receive a code for the gate and your apartment prior to arrival. Immaculate pool area with loungers and parasols. 5 minute walk to the beach. We were there first two weeks of……

“I love this hotel. I always stay here every time i vist lanzarote.(lots) great location, friendly staff, superior rooms are great, light airey room. Bathrooms need a little updating from my experience and it would be nice to have some cleaning equipment eg brush for floors”

“Días antes de alojarnos la chica de recepción me comenta que si llegamos temprano y está el apartamento disponible nos lo daría desde ese momento pues para mí sorpresa llegamos sobre las 12 de la mañana y la chica de recepción nos dice que hasta la 3 de la tarde no podíamos hacer check in a todo esto con calor con los bolsos de las comidas etc . “The property is very well located, with ocean view at the left and beach view at the right. The design and furniture are very nice and the solarium in the last floor superb. Only 15 minutes driving to Cactus garden at north and 25 minutes driving to Fire mountains National Park at south, very popular attraction in the island.
