“Well, as you can see, we felt this apartment was Amazing! Perfectly placed in the Old Town, very close to some great restaurants and bars and you could not beat the view from the front balcony. The apartment itself was spotless, the beds were super comfy, the facilities brilliant. The ad does not show that both bathrooms have a shower and a loo which is perfect for 2 couples as we had a bathroom each. Communications with the owner, Carmela, were very good and accurate for self check-in……

“Der Stadtteil Nazaret ist voller Leben. Es gibt viele kleine Geschäfte und Bars sowie eine kleine Markthalle. Über den Jardin del Turia kommt man entspannt mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür.”

“Anderes Appartement als versprochen, mit angeblich größeren Räumen schmackhaft gemacht. Alles wae nicht gepflegt und marode. Kakalaken in einem Bad, in der Küche und auf der nicht gereinigten Terrasse. Aus undichtem Rohr tropfte einem Wasser, wenn man auf der Terrasse saß.”
