Super fanden wir, dass wir schon vor 15 Uhr rein konnten. Sie haben in der Stadt in der Strasse Bailen eine Réception. Nun zu den negativen Punkten. Als wir reinkamen sahen wir Staubknäuel am Boden. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte, dass sie gleich jemanden schicke. Zeitnah kam dann auch eine Reinigungsfrau. Diese fragte uns, wo die……

“We stayed for a week on the 4th floor half of us in premium and and other half in panoramic apartments in the block where front desk/reception is situated. The staff are what makes this place so good! Staff are fantastic, they go out of their way to help, and were very helpful prior to us arriving with our various queries, esp help with the mobility company. This continued when we arrived - helping us to find various places to visit/speaking to taxi drivers on our behalf. Special mention to……

“Lovely apartment well decorated, on a quiet street which is great as all external noise can be heard. Very clean, staff polite, friendly and accommodating as was able to check in early and depart late. Only suggestion would be to have someone on reception even a couple of hours a day though Jose was extremely quickly to respond to any enquiries! Thank you”

“Super clean space, super chill also. It was amazing for us to take some rest. The apartment is amazing, we loved it, comfortable and with everything you need to spend some days. Super neat of the center and beach walking, we basically didn’t move the car for nothing. Supermarket also 5 min walking.”
