El sitio es tal cual las fotografías. Estuvo limpio y funcional. Un servicio calidad precio justo por ubicación y prestaciones. En fin de semana sera normal el ruido de la calle de bullicio de la gente, pero estas ennla Calle Castaños. La ubicación esta muy conveniente.

Terrificante! Stanza che dire minimal è dire troppo: letto e 40 cm per lato per passare, soffitto a 2,10, un trespolo come armadio. E questo era l'aspetto positivo della struttura. Ultima volta che il pavimento ha visto una scopa, almeno 7gg. Letto non cambiato dagli ospiti precedenti, peli e capelli ovunque, schifo assurdo. Bagno pulito, non fosse che: lavello minuscolo con rubinetto scardinato, e scarico che perde; doccia walk-in con scarico otturato, tempo di una doccia e il bagno diventa un acquitrino. Poi vabbè, discoteca praticamente in camera fino alle 3:30, ospiti che alle 4 di notte tentano dii entrare nella tua camera, urlando e sbattendo porte. Da dimenticare non basta, andrebbe raso al suolo.

Great location for bars and restaurants. Room only - would have been nice to have a kettle and some cups in room for a coffee/tea first thing. Air con - coolish, not that cold. We had a back room but I imagine rooms would be noisy at night at the front of hotel

Toilet en badkamer was niet zo goed. De dekens hadden geen hoes. Vloeren werden overduidelijk niet goed schoongemaakt. Verder was de locatie uitstekend, alles op loopafstand. Wel naast een drukke straat dus last van geluidsoverlast.

This is the worst place we've ever stayed in, worst than many hostels where we've stayed before. The noise and all sounds we could hear from the rooms on the same floor kept us awake for 3 nights. On top of that blocked sink in bathroom which no one came to fix at the end, dirty bedding and duvets with no proper duvet covers, so we could see all awful stains on them. Doors were not closing properly, so everyone was bashing the doors to lock. Spend a bit more or a bit less, but DO NOT stay at this place. I contacted Expedia as this place should not even be advertised. I wish I could upload pictures for everyone to see the filth. Also be mindful, this "hotel" is on the busiest night streets, beaming with nightlife. If you get a room at the front of the building, there is no chance you would get sleep. We were moved from there the first night, but ended up listening to people shouting all night. DO NOT stay at this place! It will ruin the short time you have in beautiful Alicante.

The hotel is located in a good areas close to the beach/harbour the rooms are small it wasn’t the cleanest and the tv and fridge did not work , there was no water or coffee pods provided as stated on the hotel website, the hotel is located above a night club so best to avoid if staying on a weekend. If you are just staying for a few nights then I suppose for the money it’s ok , I would stay there again

The room was small but clean and comfortable, the location is excellent, there was a coffee machine but no coffee or cups, we were in a hurry when we left so didn’t have time to go to reception to ask for them.

We stayed a Saturday night. Did not sleep a single minute - the hotel is what I would describe as on 'party street'. Lots of people sitting at tables and milling about outside until 2/3am. Very noisy - the sound of people having lots of drinks and fun (not judging, just not enjoyable when you're the sober one 😅) Not only noisy outside, the walls of the hotel are PAPER THIN. After the party outside died down, we were literally lying in bed, listening to the person next door watch video clips on their phone for 3 hours - could hear word for word what they were listening to. Worst night ever. Oh, and when we checked in they told us they don't have the family room available that we booked. So our child had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. Would not recommend.

The hotel is located on a street bustling with bars, so it can get quite noisy on the floors at night. However, we felt safe during our stay. The main issue, in my opinion, was the condition of the room; it was not very clean. There were hairs on the bedsheets, even on the new ones we received after mentioning the problem to the reception. It was manageable for one night, but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that. We were able to leave our luggage there before and after check-out, which was very helpful.
