The dining and wait staff were beyond accommodative to any needs. Friendly, kind and respectful. Helen at the dining runs a great staff, it was so great to see a head staff having fun with everyone. “The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Spotless clean and the grounds are lush and beautiful. The big down side is the main pool,the water is so very cold. Considering the size of this pool and how pretty it is, hardly anyone swam in it, due to the cold temperature. It's an terrific waste, just to sit around it and not be able to take a dip. Many people dipped a toe in, and then just walked away.”

Como o voo não permitia termos o pequeno almoço no hotel, disponibilizaram uns sacos com bastante comida, só falharam no facto de pedirem para escolher a opção pretendida e veio tudo igual, sem as nossas escolhas. Dificuldade em ter lugar para estacionar no hotel e nas redondezas. Pequeno almoço com alguma escolha, mas pouca fruta fresca. Hotel bem localizado e recomenda-se em custo vs benefício.”
