“Hotel worker Anthony is super nice and kind, always helping. Hotel is in good location near cable car. The manager of the hotel came to our room at 8 pm to change the trash can, didn't apologize, nothing. We freaked out. Also, we were told that we could charge our Tesla all night, the hotel manager was ripping out the car's charging cable in the morning. That wasn’t nice. There is several cameras in the car, we have video and pictures. ”

“We booked a room at this location. The hotel was actually closed for the season and they rebooked us at a different hotel a few miles awhile- hotel Bellevue. The staff was unfriendly and we did not feel welcome there. Breakfast was a buffet, which is great but once the food ran out, they did not refill.”

“There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.”
