“We recently stayed at this property, and while there were positives, there were also significant issues that impacted our stay.The house is spacious, mostly comfortable, and located in a beautiful area with great mountain views. The setting is peaceful, and the property provided a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, it was a nice touch to find some bottled water provided for guests.However, the cleanliness of the property upon our arrival was disappointing. We encountered other visitors' trash,……

“Our family came to Saratoga Springs for Thanksgiving to spend it with our son who lives nearby and couldn’t travel this year. Excellent communications with an understanding and flexible host. The house was beyond our expectations - comfortable, plenty of room and extremely well equipped. I’d highly recommend AJ as a host, and his properties.”

“I booked the “3 Bears Cabin” 3 months in advance of the Belmont Stakes @ Saratoga. We arrived very late at night due to weather & airline delays and drove in on a dark rainy night. We had good directions as well as a special code to get in. The cabin looked exactly as it had in the photos on line and was immaculately clean and in perfect condition. This was a better deal than any of the over-priced hotels nearby. I loved all the custom pine furniture and cute bear accents! The best feature was……

“We had a wonderful stay over the weekend our daughter graduated from Skidmore College. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and about a 10 minute drive from downtown Saratoga Springs. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, the place was well stocked with basics and we would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!”

“Everything was perfect!About a 30 minute scenic, stress free drive to Saratoga race course. Very minimal traffic to and from the races.Great large hot tub overlooking the Hudson, dock for fishing, fire pit all perfectly maintained.Of course the house was beautiful, And very important to my back, comfortable bed mattresses.David is right across the street if you have any questions. ”

“Place is nice and close to Lake George, My only complaint is there was no air conditioner in the place got hot 2 of the days just guessing it has window units in warm month not installed yet ”

“Great place to stay . Very Clean Decently stocked with your essentials. Would definitely recommend. My only issue was they told us there was AC and it did not have AC . They told us that the pullout couch was in the room with the closing door but i was not . Other then those Two issues Great place to stay , Great neighborhood, easy to work with and would definitely stay there agin if we came back the Lake george ”

“Our family of six had an incredible stay at Brookledge Treehouse Lodge. The property offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We enjoyed the ice bucket pond, which was a hit with the kids for both swimming and canoeing. The hikes around the area were beautiful, and we had a blast with the various yard games provided. We had originally planned to visit the nearby racetrack, but Brookledge was so charming and engaging that we ended up spending our entire weekend on-site. It truly felt……
