“The stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!”

“On this very hilly community, this house is within walking distance to the club house, tennis court, pool and the camel back water park. As we went to explore by car, we realize how lucky we were. Any other unit is on very steep terrain. No leisure walks optuons.or walking to the clubhouse. This is a prime location. The house is beautiful and immaculate. They keep an eye on the details. “This is one of the best rentals I’ve had for family travel. Spacious, clean, comfortable, easy. The beds were great. Plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, etc. We had everything we needed for 5 adults. Be aware that there are quite a few steps to the entrance and the home is on a hill.
