“Clean and affordable no frills apartment. Pictures and listing was accurate. Instructions made the unit easy to find, but would’ve benefited from a building number and unit numbers. Neighborhood was as expected for West Philly. Quiet at night and felt safe to walk around during the day. The building was clean and quiet. “The property was clean and spacious. We liked the large TV and that it was very close to the MFL train station, so we could get around easily. There was water damage on the bedroom ceiling that was an eyesore. Also, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the kitchen. Overall, though, we did enjoy our stay at Urban Chic Apartments.”

“This was our first family trip to the poconos. We stayed at the Eliot chalet, it was small and homey. it fit our family of 7 perfectly. The kids had a great time playing on the property and we visited a few of the community amenities. I would reccommend this for a big family. We even brought our dogs!”
