“Cute and cozy place! Was nice and quite at night and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. Quick drive to and from Durango, but allowed a quiet setting outside of the city. Thank you for a nice stay!”

“Listing says there's one bed and one bathroom. It also says there's a toilet and a shower in the bathroom - the toilet is a bucket with a plastic bucket seat and the shower is an outdoor hanging bag. No running water - just a cooler. Calling it a "cabin" is a stretch.”

“We loved the convenience of being close to family in Bayfield. Previously we have stayed in hotels in Durango and were glad not to have to drive back and forth to Durango every day. The cabin was in such a pretty setting by the river. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the property, we hope to return! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The host said we could bring an air mattress, so each grandchild spent a night with us also. Perfect! ”

“Excellent property-backs up to the San Juan Forest with plenty of hiking. Good security, and cute animals all around. We saw deer, hummingbirds, prairie dogs (marmots?), and other wildlife. 10/10 will stay again. ”

“Another wonderful stay at this cabin. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay here as our elderly uncle lives up the road. So convenient getting to our uncle every day. We enjoyed nice showers and the washer/dryer as our trip was a working vacation at our uncle’s ranch. We will be back again. ”
