“Lovely home. My dog enjoyed the backyard immensely. The location was primo for my day trips to the Four Corners and Mesa Verde. Also a great launch up to Durango and Silverton. I was extremely happy with how quiet the master was. The antiques were cute and the transom windows were pretty. Would definitely stay again or recommend.”

“Most of the stay was phenomenal. I would recommend getting in an exterminator, earwigs fell on two different family members, from the ceiling, while watching tv. If we hadn't been mountain people, we may have had to vacate over it.”

“We were thrilled at the layout of the place which was spacious and very clean. There were a few domestic items that we felt should have been easily found and available, but since we shop at walmart for fun, it was not a problem for us to purchase. The beds were on the hard side. The drive to durango was surprisingly easy and quick! The mountain is quiet and we never saw another car on the road! We would return to this wonderful home in the future!”

We look for accommodations that are centric to her comfort and enjoyment, so she can maximize time with her adult children and her grandchildren. The layout of this home was ideal for us. It isn’t usual to find a home that is ALL ON ONE LEVEL, with a living room and kitchen area large enough for everyone to socialize in one common space!
