“Beautiful cabin in a quiet, secluded mountain neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for a nice weekend away!”

“If you ever need a break from the metro area, this cabin is perfect! Less than two hours from Denver but you feel so much farther. This cabin has beautiful views, comfy furnishings, and access to Fairplay for any food or beverage needs. I really loved my stay, especially the fireplace heater, and will definitely return!”

“Very quiet, very peaceful! Cabin is rustic (as advertised), but has a good kitchen, bedroom and living area. Don't expect TV, but the WiFi is great, so you could stream to a tablet. Very clean and comfortable for me & my dog (even a fenced yard for the dog. And the little streamlet by the porch was a wonderful accompaniment to morning coffee on the porch!”

“Family of 8 and my puppy. Everything was perfect. Plenty of space. 3 floors. Quiet. Everything we needed was stock. Breckenridge is not far from the house. Carter park has free sledding. The house does have 3 sleds but the park has free to use. use.Thankbyou again. ”

“Great view and great location for anything to do with the surrounding ski resorts it is only an hour away. Terryall reservoir is also pretty close for any fishing or water activities. Rooms are a bit stuffy, bring a fan cause there is *no* airflow in the house. ”

"It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it."
