“This tiny house was a great spot to use as a home base while we spent time in the high country. The kitchen had everything we needed, the heat was plentiful, the beds were comfortable with many pillows, which made it a nice, cozy spot after long, busy days!The neighborhood was quiet and the parking spot was big enough for our large pickup truck. “This is one of the nicest short-term rentals we've used. Absolutely no complaints. It was cozy, beautiful area, comfortable, and quiet. Really appreciate the reasonable off-season prices for those of us on a budget, although it's definitely worth the price during busy ski season. “We traveled over from Denver looking for some quiet and space. This property offered both in abundance, and was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the location equidistant between Alma and Fairplay, as we were able to run into both towns easily. Communication was easy, polite, and responsive as well.”

“We had an awesome weekend! The location was absolutely perfect for a trip to Dillon, especially for a concert at the amphitheater. Super easy check in/out, easy parking, nice amenities, and a very friendly host! The unit could probably benefit from a good deep clean but overall was wonderful. We would definitely return!”
