“The home was very convenient to Breckenridge, within about a 10-minute drive to the day lots. The home had plenty of room for a family with teenagers to spread out and be comfortable. Pool table and Hot tub were nice amenities and visits from the neighbor's dog Booka were very pleasant.”

“This house is great to host a few families - there's tons of open space and seating. The beds are comfortable. The cleanliness wasn't great, lots of trash outside near hot tub, many of the dishes were put away dirty, nearly every window covering was broken and there were places throughout that had not been cleaned very well. The communication with the host was also not that great - they take quite awhile to get back to you and they are only a property management company, so they don't seem to……
