“There was plenty of space for our pre-teen kids to run around and play. The stairs are pretty steep so I would be cautious using them, I also wouldn’t wear socks going down them. The house was very accommodating for our family. ”

“Great place for after Christmas holiday. Quick walk to town. Wonderful restaurants and cute shops. Surprised that the most bars didn’t open until 3pm. House was perfect for my small family. Kitchen could use updated kitchen items such as spatulas, basic salt and pepper. So grateful the refrigerator had an ice maker which was turned on and ready before we arrived. Saw many deer just hanging out in the backyard. Beautiful area and would recommend again. ”

“Everything about the cabin was unique. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that during heavy winds, there was a tree that would rub against the house and made a very loud scraping noise that made it difficult to sleep. Also, Google maps says to take a left on Ridge Rd. But in reality it is a left on CR6.Other than that, it was a great visit, skied 3 days and the snow was wonderful. Highly recommend this placewould run”

“Great location to get to rafting, downtown, 3 different hot springs ( two very close ). House was perfect for our family. My wife & I plus our 17 year old daughter. My two sisters and spouses. Owner is a great lady & super helpful. ”

“My wife and I visited for our 10 year anniversary and enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was central to a variety of things to do around the area. It was a beautiful secluded spot with great views of the Colorado terrain. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and comfort of the house. Unfortunately, my wife is allergic to dogs and there was dog hair present throughout the house so we had to do some cleaning to prevent her from being dealing with that. Other than that we really enjoyed the……

“The house was really amazing. Had everything we could have needed or asked for. 4 levels of bedrooms so each couple had their own area and that allowed for utmost privacy. Kitchen was fully equipped, and the hot tub and steam shower was a nice added bonus. Bathrooms were spacious and convenient to sleeping areas. Multiple den areas. Easy to relax.”

“Nice property with all of the necessities of a rental property. Beds were comfy and the bunk bed was great for the kids. Close to Ski Cooper and walking distance to stores and restaurants in Leadville. Great location. Really liked the separate towels for the hot tub. We had everything we needed!”
