“Typical old house in a mountain town. No frills, but slept 5 adults comfortably. Fully functioning kitchen. Communication with the host was easy. Cute and clean. No wifi didn't really affect us, cell service was just fine. ”

“We had a great time and the property was a perfect jump off point for the cross country teams’ runs and other activities around Leadville! The hot tub was a hit for post run relaxation! ”

“Stayed in Leadville for 5 days to just get away. Location was great and within 15-20 minutes of some of the most incredible trails I’ve ever hiked. A 3 min drive or 15 min walk to downtown was a huge plus. The house itself was cozy and truly felt like we were walking into a close friend’s house to stay for the week. Cozy, great views, well-equipped. ”

Our family had a wonderful time at the Cozy Moose Grove. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this home. Loved seeing the moose in the community and fishing was great. ”
