“Janna was a great host and the property was just as advertised. The kitchen had good inventory and the property was clean. Good soaps in bathroom and kitchen. I communicated once before arriving and Janna was very helpful I would stay at her place again.”

“Great place for after Christmas holiday. Quick walk to town. Wonderful restaurants and cute shops. Surprised that the most bars didn’t open until 3pm. House was perfect for my small family. Kitchen could use updated kitchen items such as spatulas, basic salt and pepper. So grateful the refrigerator had an ice maker which was turned on and ready before we arrived. Saw many deer just hanging out in the backyard. Beautiful area and would recommend again. ”

“We had a fantastic visit here. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and has incredible views. All pictures and descriptions of the property are accurate. Very convenient to get to Salida and Monarch. Great place for families with young children. The owner is very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!”

“My husband and our 3 boys loved this home! Perfect space for all 5 of us, great location to town and food. Excellent layout of house rules and great accomodations. Would definitely recommend this cozy home!”

“This unit with all its space and its giant back deck with mountain views is wonderful! The front, before you go in, is not nearly as nice as everything once you’re inside or out on the back deck. It was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable, and the game room was fun! Would definitely stay here again. ”

“This location is fantastic, panoramic views of the collegiate peaks and valley and we were only 5 minutes away from the Charlotte hotsprings. The game room provided us with nonstop activities while in the property and the kitchen and grill were great—there’s an extra fridge in the garage as well!Very responsive host and very easy check-in/out instructions. A peaceful and beautiful stay, we would be happy to come back again.”

“Our first time traveling to Salida and we booked The Mayfly Hotel to accommodate our party of 4 adults for just over one week. The condo itself is basically brand new and located in what appears to be a new retail/living/rental area. It is on the SE edge of town as you enter on Hwy 50. Since it seems so new, there are just a few minor things they are probably still refining for a better guest stay.
