“Great place for after Christmas holiday. Quick walk to town. Wonderful restaurants and cute shops. Surprised that the most bars didn’t open until 3pm. House was perfect for my small family. Kitchen could use updated kitchen items such as spatulas, basic salt and pepper. So grateful the refrigerator had an ice maker which was turned on and ready before we arrived. Saw many deer just hanging out in the backyard. Beautiful area and would recommend again. ”

“My family was in town for a large group rafting trip and this house was both the perfect location and layout. The house was conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and our rafting outfitters. The instructions sent ahead of time were clear and made check in a breeze. The house was clean, well maintained, and well stocked! Everything was clearly labeled and neatly organized. The layout of the house was perfect for being the base for a rafting trip with the breezeway and laundry……

“The property is INCREDIBLE. Stunning views with a lovely creek, ponds, and fun antique equipment. We saw a group of 10 pronghorn just chilling on the property, a huge jackrabbit, and an adorable woodpecker nest in the tree directly behind the property. The house itself is spacious! The kitchen is updated and well stocked with cookware. Some of the mattresses are a bit on the uncomfortable side for me but might be totally fine for others.We traveled with four adults and three kids ranging in age……

“River Haven was the perfect spot to stay while we explored the Buena Vista area. We had everything we needed and the river view was so beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub after our busy days. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“Great house with great views! You can see the mountains and the river! Sit on one of the many patios and listen to the Arkansas River flow by. It was amazing to have a fire out down by the river. We ended up making a couple of fires down there and just really enjoyed our time unplugged from everything. ”
