“This is perfect for a couple. We did see a bball hoop, horseshoe pit and volleyball net. Wish we knew we would have had some extra fun. There was a firepit but didnt know how to work it which sucked but overall recommend.”

Late night relaxation in the hot tub, early morning lounging by the river, and lots of conversations and laughter is what we love the most. Can’t wait for the next trip!Suggestions: an indoor recycle trash can so we don’t have to walk outside every day and a plastic ice scoop.”

“The property was recently renovated and had all the amenities needed and then some. Great location, near downtown, Arkansas river, skate park, frisbee golf, and other parks. It is a condo on the 1st floor, the owner is not responsible for the individuals on the 2nd floor. ”

“A cozy, comfortable while spacious, relaxing retreat with all of the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a kuerig for coffee, wine and beer from the host as well. The hot tub was amazing with views if the river and "Sleeping Indian" mountain. Amazing book collection and lots of relaxing spots to read. ”

“This cabin was the perfect place for our family girls trip! Location was beautiful and serene with breathtaking views of the mountains. The cabin itself was comfortable, cozy and very spacious. It was also very convenient to go into town or to the hot springs. Maureen was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. We will be back! ”

Anne and Emily were great communicators, friendly and helpful, and the house was perfect - we both had our own bedroom and bathroom, we loved the fireplace, and we would have used the back deck if it had been warmer. The neighborhood is quiet and it's a quick walk to downtown and a hiking/bike path. We'd never been to the Mt Princeton Hot Springs and it was just a short drive to get there. Highly recommend both the hot springs and the house.”
