“Great space. Nice king bed and spacious room including bathroom and shower even though it’s an older converted and renovated apace. Kitchen is perfect and had all we needed as only there one night. Views are great of River street and park and on 3rd floor. We were fine with stairs but other guests should note no elevator. We’ve stayed at this location before and it’s a great way to enjoy walkable Salida. . ”

“Step out the door and you are in the middle of it all. Turn right and head toward S Mountain (awesome trails for hiking or biking), the Arkansas River (watch the rafters and surfers then take a stroll along the path, awesome shopping and restaurants. Turn immediately left for coffee and yoga!!! There is a Natural Grocer right across the street- so handy!The condo was small but well appointed. Our only complaint was not being warned about the stairs to the loft bedroom. The stairs were steep,……

“We stayed here for a girls trip and this suite was just incredible. Beautiful, clean, light-filled space, great views of the mountains, really comfy beds. Location is incredible right by the river and all the cute ships and restaurants downtown. The Palace Hotel is iconic and so thankful we are able to stay here still! ”

“Great condo close to dog park and river to run our dog. Very clean. All amenities you would ever need. Quiet area with some full timers that were very friendly. Highly recommend this vrbo. Had some issues getting in but it was our fault. Management and owner instantly took care of us. We were embarrassed but they immediately helped us after normal work hours ”
