“Great place to stay. Cute tiny house. Just what we needed.”

“We enjoyed our stay in The Duke, Leadville Tiny House. We had our 5yr old granddaughter with us and she slept well in the twin bed on the first floor. It was super convenient for walking to downtown Leadville shops and restaurants. We lucked in to catching the Leadville parade of high school graduates and a Thursday night Summer Concert series in High Mountain Pies backyard! The house had everything we needed and more. We really only slept there but pots and pans and place settings were……

“Property was perfectly located near Turquoise Lake. Tons of amenities provided which was really nice. Kitchen is super tiny so not a good choice if you plan to cook a lot. But the rest of the home was comfy for 7 people with plenty of room. ”

“A lot roomier than other tiny houses I have stayed in. The living room area with 2 extra mattresses was a bonus. Walking distance to shops and restaurants - just a few blocks away. The bathroom was large with a full tub. We had lots of room to play cards and board games. Wonderful family location.”

“This was a lovely and fun tiny home that we got to stay in to watch the Leadville Skijoring festival! It was super close to downtown festivities, but far enough away that it was quiet when the doors and windows were closed. Would definitely recommend staying here for a cozy Leadville stay -- great value for the location and space as well. ”

“We booked one night for a mountain bike race at the local college. Looking at the street view on Google, we were a bit worried about the location, but we found it to be very convenient to downtown and it seemed very safe. We were worried about the bar being loud after reading other reviews, but we didn't hear any noise from the bar. The tiny home is cute, well stocked with everything we needed. Despite previous reviews around cleanliness, we found the house to be very clean. We weren't expecting……
