“Parking was very easy and convenient, right next to the hotel. We stayed last week and really enjoyed the charm of the Delaware Hotel. It’s right on the main street with amazing views when you walk outside. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The only thing is that we were traveling with kids, and it feels more like a place suited for adults, but still a great experience overall!”

The room is overall very nice, but definitely has an old school charm with not many renovations done to things like the shower and heating/ AC but both still work wonderfully. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel! ”

“The property was really nice, and my friends and I loved staying here. We were aiming to hike Mt Elbert and it was a great place to launch off from, and recover afterwards! I loved the ping pong table! However, there is no WiFi and when we tried to call to the hosts we could not reach them on any of the three numbers provided. We also struggled with carrying out the trash - we had no problem with packing it out but didn't want to drive two hours with trash in the car and there is very little……
