“My buddies and I really didn’t expect much when we decided to rent a yurt for a weekend fishing trip to spinney mountain reservoir. That being said, we were pretty easy going about how small the yurt actually was. We weren’t, however, easygoing about the fire ant hill that the yurt was placed on top of. Well, we tried to be, at least. But after cooking dinner and trying to fend off the fire ants from the tent, our possessions, and our selves for about an hour and a half, we decided that there……

“When you stay at the Hand you're steeped in western history. It's a great old town with lots of shops for unique jewelry and works of art. There are no tv's, no phones in the rooms. A big plus in my opinion. And there's hiking, fishing, shopping all in a short walk from the hotel. Even a bear spotted while I was there. Go there for a relaxing stay among friendly staff.”
