“We loved the house. Anne and Emily were great communicators, friendly and helpful, and the house was perfect - we both had our own bedroom and bathroom, we loved the fireplace, and we would have used the back deck if it had been warmer. The neighborhood is quiet and it's a quick walk to downtown and a hiking/bike path. We'd never been to the Mt Princeton Hot Springs and it was just a short drive to get there. Highly recommend both the hot springs and the house.”

“This property was exactly what you should expect in a mountain cabin. Beautifully appointed and unbelievably clean. You notice how well kept it is the second you walk in the door. Very cute decor. My mom has lived in this area for 26 years. We rented this cabin to surprise her for her 80th birthday. It's wonderful. ”

“I decided I needed a getaway weekend with my daughters and to come see my best friend that lives in conifer and works at Craft Mt brewery for my birthday. This little cabin was perfect. Not to far from the brewery and her house and we were able to head down to Denver without to far of a drive. Super cute cabin the bed is amazing! This was perfect for the 3 of us. “We stayed at the Gypsy Wagon for 4 days and we loved it. FairPlay is a charming town and Alma too. Walks around the property are very nice and we even saw a moose grazing one morning. Highly recommend for couples! ”
