“This property is super clean and is exactly as listed. It was fun staying in downtown Salida. We loved the location. It isn’t far to the ski resort at Monarch mountain and the drive is easy. Definitely a do-over!”

Hot shower and thankful for the humidifier since it’s so dry in the mountains! Owner is very friendly and informative! Appreciate the dog friendliness!”

“Very nice stay, Pauline greeted me at check-in and was very friendly. The location was great as we could walk to everything on Leadville’s Main Street. The background noise machine was pleasant as we were greeted with the sound of chirping birds and the place smelled nice. We enjoyed visiting the near by fish hatchery and Twin Lakes. “This is a very tiny home, so don't be surprised! The home is cute and comfortable -- Three of us stayed here. I highly recommend bringing a few throw blankets as it was chilly in the winter, but everything else was great. ”
