“We had such a wonderful time on our 3rd annual mother-daughter trip to Leadville! The condo was perfect—clean, well-stocked, and super comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. Thank you for helping make this trip so special. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Tinyhouse was as described physically. Instructions for check in / check out were simple. The mattresses were somewhat thin and there were no extra blankets to be found. The wifi was pretty much unusable. We also only had one roll of toilet paper for 2 people staying 5 days. It seemed the space could be used more efficiently. But it did well enough to sleep in. Leadville is a cute little town ”

“This condo is in a great location. We were a 3 min walk from the nearest bus stop and 5 mins from the nearest lift. However, the nearest lift is in East Village and has no access to green runs. So if you aren’t experienced, then you must take a bus to another village. The room was clean and the check-in process was the absolute best that I have ever seen. The reason for a 3 star rating is for 3 reasons. The staircase is in the middle of the living room. My son slept on the pull out sofa and hit……

“Studio space could definitely use some updating, especially the fact that there was no light in the bathroom. Also, there was no communication regarding how to access and use the ski locker, which was irritating. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant and I particularly enjoyed how my accommodation was only a 5 min walk (with all gear on) to the American Flyer lift ”

“We had a great stay at this very easy location, there were a couple items that we wished were better but the overall trip was excellent. The king size beds were nice but sleeping pillows to match would have been better than 2 full size pillows per bed. Lots of trash bags but we were unable to procure a kitchen trash can after requesting with Vacasa, so we had to collect trash and recycling in 2 separate bags and by the end of the week it was not easy under the kitchen skink. The stove was not……

“Memory foam beds were amazing! Having a full kitchen made life a lot easier. Super clean place!”

“I’m someone that years ago was perfectly comfortable sleeping in a snow cave or a bicycle sack on the side of a mountain, but that was years ago. I liked the tiny house concept and thought I would give a try. Probably would have been fine 20-30 years ago, but I think I am too old and stiff to enjoy staying in cramped quarters. Nothing wrong with the house, just not a good fit for me. ”
