“We stayed in June of 2025 and had a fantastic experience! The house is immaculate and well cared for inside and out! Excellent location between many trailheads and all of the activities within Breckenridge! We have recommended this place to many families considering a trip to the area and we would absolutely stay again! This retreat served as the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of hiking and activities!Book this place for your next trip to the area! You will not be disappointed!”

“Beautiful and very private location with a great hot tub close to Fairplay. The cabin is very well stocked and comfortable. I really enjoyed running on the Sacramento Creek Ranch trail network. It has about 3 miles of wooded and/or creekside trails ideal for running or hiking. I used the convenient back entrance at a gate (with a road closed sign) on the south side of Sacramento Creek Road about 1/3 of a mile west of the cabin. The first Sacrament Creek Ranch trail sign is about 1/3 of a mile……

“This property is beautiful! The description and photos match as described. The house had everything we needed to a nice staycation. My husband and I should’ve done more research on the altitude because I had altitude sickness for the first 4 days of our stay and it wasn’t getting better so we had to move places. Although I had issues with altitude sickness, it did not change our feelings about the beautiful property!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fairplay. The cabin was everything we needed for a 5 day stay. It was clean, well kept up, & very comfortable. We loved the big porch. It was easy to walk our dogs. All appliances worked great. Oni replied quickly to our questions. I recommend this cabin & we are already thinking of staying again this fall.”

“This cabin was beautiful. The views of the frozen lake WOW! It was so close the ski resort we were able to come back and relax eat and head back up in no time at all. Only issue we had was the driveway is at a slope and was iced over. We didn’t notice and when leaving we couldn’t stop and slid into a snowbank and that in an SUV. Did some damage but nothing major. Just something to be aware of. And we are from Iowa so ice and snow is nothing new to us. ”

“Great location! Comfortable home base. Adequate cooking amenities. Quiet, surrounded by open space. Views of 14ers-Lincoln Mt, Mt Bross & Quandary Peak. Glorious aspen fall colors! Stroll to Alma State Wildlife Area & headwaters of Middle South Platte River, loaded with small Brook Trout eager to grab dry flies. A huge Bull Moose ambled through the area! Red Fox sighted a couple of times at the house. Several good hikes nearby - especially Mohawk Lakes & McCulough Gulch Trails. ……
