“A very close walk to downtown Leadville and the Mineral Belt Trail. A nice park across the street with spectacular views of Mount Massive and Mount Elbert. The name used for the property is a little confusing because there are nearby streets with the same names and they are not relevant to the property.”

“This was a good location with mostly what we needed for our stay. The location allowed us to walk for meals and the train. We enjoyed the Irish history in the home. We were curious about the ghost reference mentioned in the guest book, but knew nothing about it otherwise. We didn’t find any paperwork letting us know how to use the tv, heaters, etc. There were no tissues, which would have been helpful and the bathroom door was difficult to close.”

“Our stay was wonderful at this cabin. The place was clean and comfortable with an easy check in and out process. We brought our dog up for a ski weekend and the place accomadated a dog nicely with a great big backyard and lots of walking trails nearby. We came up in subzero temperature so we didnt ski much but Brian was super helpful and let us checkin early due to the cold. Great communication and fast responses! so ”

“Super convenient location, clear instructions, and prompt communication with host made this a breeze. Loved spending time in the heart of Leadville and ease of access to ski cooper! Plenty of room for our group, clean, and just what we needed for some good time in the mluntains.”

“The house is precious and has good space. The appliances are older, as are the bathroom spaces. The fridge (very new) was not cooling, but the property manager helped us manage this issue well. The listing also said there was a king size bed, which there is not. It was an error in the listing and they refunded us a portion of our money for the mistake. Overall, I would stay here again. The issues we had are things that could be resolved and the attentiveness to the issues by the staff was……

“Location and house was great for our visit to the area for the Triple Bypass bike ride!! The host have quick response for all points of stay. Our dog could stay with us which was a bonus! The house has a great location for quick access to town and/or hiking!”

“This place had everything we wanted, including great location. Downtown was a quick 7 minute drive. Groceries were 3 minutes away. Golf course, 7 minutes. I have read other reviews, and while helpful (for the most part) suggestions were offered, we had a great time relaxing after the days activities. ”
