“We had an air conditioner go out on Sunday morning and Home 2 Suites let us check in early. Monday morning we checked out to meet the air conditioner repairman at 8 AM. The Repairman had to get parts and would return at noon to do the repairs. I called Home 2 Suites and asked if we could check back in until the check out time so we could stay cool and they graciously let us come back. We were very grateful for their taking care of us.”
“There was lots of places to eat right down the street. We felt safe the whole time we were there and they have the most comfortable beds of any place we have stayed. We will definitely be staying there again. ”
“The staff at first was hesitant to check us in.. I already told him I checked in online through their apps but he said they don’t do online check in.. but I asked him to try to check..but I thank him he let us in earlier than expected. We stayed 3 nights.”
