“Everything was good for my stay”

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“The hosts were super nice and brought in a large table and office chair for me to use so that I could work during my stay. They were very responsive if we needed anything. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It wasn't fancy, but I'm not a fancy person. It was a nice neighborhood with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.”

“I stayed here with my two boys (11,14) for their spring break ski trip. We love everything about this condo and its location. The property where this condo is located has everything: underground parking(so nice!), ski valet, minutes from groceries, etc. The condo is specious and clean, recently updated so everything appeared to be new. In-room laundry is a bonus because of my two boys :). Will rent again.”

“We’ve stayed at many Westgate 1 bedroom condos. The condo was clean. Bed was comfortable. However as far as newly renovated goes, I’m not sure what had been done. Maybe new carpet. Furniture was very used and looked it. Cabinets had been painted. Condo was very stripped down, meaning no creature comforts left in cabinets example aluminum foil, plastic wrap, no plastic cups of any kind. Lights over stove did not work, rain shower head was clogged and sprayed all different directions and……

“This was a quick daddy/ daughter ski weekend. Room was comfy and just right. Location beat our expectations, and the ski valet and locker room services made the mountain experience that much more enjoyable!”

“We had a lovely time at Deer Valley East Village and the condo provided great access, including all of the wonderful amenities. The condo was so very well appointed, with everything we needed! Easy access to the slopes, ski storage and service and great views of the mountain! Our host Rebecca went above and beyond in many ways to ensure our trip was superb! Thank-You!”

“The desk didn’t want to help too much.Both elevators were out for almost all of our days at the hotel.The shared ski storage room was a mess. No was cloths provided.”
