“We enjoyed our stay while seeing our daughter off to college at SDSU. The campus is located nearby, short drive. The unit was excellent! Very clean and quiet. We plan to stay there again when we can and recommend it to other travelers. Great job!!”

“Property was exactly as stated, more so in my opinion. The grounds are nicely manicured, pool and jacuzzi clean and just a few feet away from the casita. Jennifer was super welcoming and available when needed. The casita itself was as described, perfect for my daughter and I. In and out privileges with gate code. Easy access to highway and shopping. Felt safe and secure. Peaceful and serene. Would definitely stay again!”

“Guest house was quaint! And nice to stay in great temperature as well. It does say to contact the host if you have any needs, we ran out of toilet paper, but ended up just going to buy a roll from the store. Amenities were great.”

“Frank was an awesome host. The property was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is okay but I felt safe and there were security cameras on the property. The backyard was simple and fun. Overall a great place to stay if you need something small and clean. Just be aware you either have to pay a $1,500 not guaranteed refundable damage fee or $59 damage insurance. This fee is on top of all the other cleaning, property fee, and tax. Not terrible but just beware”

“This was a perfect place for us while we visited our Navy son and his wife who also live in Spring Valley! The home is beautiful in a very nice neighborhood, it was clean and well cared for. The shower was super hot, which felt great before or after a busy day exploring the glory of San Diego. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and munchies, towels were plentiful, and no need to bring bath soap, or shampoo & conditioner because the bathroom was stocked as well.
