“We didn't plan in advance for the single key and parking space for 6 people but were able to make it work. We had a great weekend for the wedding. ”

“Clean and spacious! It really had everything we needed as far as comfy beds, pillows, and kitchen items…plenty of mugs, dishes, and spices. Great water pressure! Easy to access the unit and park. Close enough to the beaches and Sea World to come back and rest or eat a quick lunch. We would come back again! ”

“The location was great, close to the highway and plenty of stores. Communication with the property manager was great, any questions I had they answered right away. Finding it was a little tricky at first, but once we found it, it t was easy to remember and find. The neighbors were friendly and helpful, I would absolutely stay here again. ”

“We love a simple no-nonsense place and this was perfect for us. The host is very responsive and was constantly checking in with us on what else we need to be comfortable to stay here. The area is close a lot of nice restaurants so that was a plus. We would love to stay here next time we visit San Diego.”

“My mom lives in the darling neighborhood of Kensington. This unit had an idyllic location to my family as well as restaurants /retail, was quaint and clean, and owner provided prompt communication. We would most definitely stay here again ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property. The owner was a great communicator. The property is conveniently located to city life and hiking areas. I would stay again if I need to return to the area. Things I would love the see in the steps illuminated especially at the bottom, better signage for the parking spot, better communication for trash receptacles and new mattresses. I am not a big city person as the city is too active/busy for me but this was a pretty good stay for the crazy city……

“The property is "half-of-a-duplex" in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a 2-car parking in an inner lot accessed by a wide driveway. Additonal parking is available in the main street. I rented the place for a niece and 2 nephews, but it can accommodate up to six people (two bedrooms, plus two sofa beds). My guests were always well rested in the morning!The hosts/owners were easy to communicate with, answers promptly, and were very accommodating! My niece and nephews loved the place, and we……

“We had a wonderful stay! The host went above and beyond, always checking in to make sure everything was going well and making us feel truly welcomed. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for our large family to feel comfortable. It was spacious, well-kept, and perfect for our gathering. The only small downside was that it did get a bit warm inside during the day, but overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.”

“This condo in North Park is beautifully decorated with all new furniture and amenities. It is walking distance to some wonderful shops, restaurants, and breweries. The roof top deck was great for hanging out, grilling, watching the sunset, and we could even see some fireworks displays in the distance. (We were there over the July 4th holiday). I highly recommend this place and we hope to come back soon!”

“The property was clean and had everything that a condo/house should e.g., full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit. The parking can be tight but I always found an open spot nearby. The property owner kept in contact and responded to my questions within a reasonable amount of time.”
