“Rock House Ranch was the perfect house for our family getaway of 12 people! The house was spotless and beds were comfy. There were plenty of pots and pans and dishes for cooking. Great location- close to Hot Springs and Caddo Valley for tubing. The host was very responsive via text. Bonus: The kids (and adults) loved feeding the cows in the pasture with supplied treats!”

“We had a group of 15 gather for a family reunion. We were looking for a space that was peaceful, close to nature and would keep folks entertained, and The Reserve at Kirby Landing exceeded expectations. There was ample place to cook— as we planned to make most of our meals— there was a fun space for the young adults and teens in our group, we were far enough away from towns to really enjoy nature and time together. “Our extended family loved everything about this property! Spacious kitchen and dining area...big enough for all 8 of us to comfortably gather in and chat while we cooked. Two outdoor spaces perfect for gathering and chatting. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. There are family games and puzzles available. We enjoyed playing bingo even as a storm blew around us. The town lost power but our house came back to full power thanks to a whole house generator! We still had air conditioning and lights……
