"This hotel is very near to Strasbourg central station, it just faces to the station so I could access the hotel by crossing the road and 3 minutes walking. The room is large, neat and quiet. The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. There are a refrigerator and kettle in the room, and they offer nice instant coffee and tea bags. In the lobby, they also offer hot apple juice for guests during the Christmas season, it’s very kind and sweet :)"

"Perfect location, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Great service, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and clean. I would happily stay here again."

"The room I got was on the first floor facing the street. The soundproofing is terrible; I didn't sleep well for my entire stay. There's a pub just across the street, so if you stay during the weekend, you can hear people talking loudly there. There's also a weird smell in the hotel, like cheap perfume, which isn't a postive feeling. The room is very old; my desk is actually broken. The location is good and easy to access everywhere. I asked to change rooms after two nights of no sleep but was refused. If you're on a budget, this place is acceptable, but I would prefer to pay more for a better one."

"Great location to everywhere in the city you want to go. Great buffet breakfast. Staff is helpful. Room size is a little small but ok for solo traveler. But I find the cover of the safety box a little dusty, maybe very few people use it."
