“Spent 2 hours trying to locate the hotel, can't find it not even with GPS”

“What a AMAZING view! This is not a “fancy” room, and the hotel doesn’t have many amenities (like a pool or gym) that many other restaurants have. But this is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was good size and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was awesome. Amazing view, great food and service with decent prices. The breakfast was 5 star. Same amazing view with a huge selection of great food, juices and coffee drinks! Did I mention the view? No……

“Actually, I booked a two-night stay on hotels from March 31st to April 2nd, but due to personal reasons, I only stayed for one night and then checked out. The hotel told me that the night I didn't stay could not be refunded, which I can understand and accept. But when I checked out the next day, the hotel charged me again. “房间很小而且布局很简陋、如果这样算四星酒店的话明显是不够的！浴室的玻璃门关不严、洗完澡后淋浴间外面全是水！早餐也比较简陋、水果都是整个没剥开的、如果只想吃一点点就没有可能！停车很方便、而且外面是免费的、门口就有一个加油站！”

“The room, lobby, garage etc. are all up to 4-star rate and all staff are friendly and professional. The free buffet breakfast has many choices and good quality. The highway is near the hotel to Milan city or MXP Airport is about 20+ minutes.”
