“Unser Apartment war in 50. Stock mitten in Downtown. Wir hatten ein Upgrade für ein Eckzimmer bekommen. Das Apartment war sehr groß und man hatte sehr viel Platz, seine Koffer auszureiten, was für uns bei einer Rundreise sehr nützlich war. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, genauso wie auch das Bad mit einer sehr großen Dusche und es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner. So konnten wir unsere Urlaubswoche schon einmal waschen. Zusätzlich hatten wir einen kostenlosen Parkplatz……

“I didn’t realize that maid service would not be offered. Needed my trash emptied and fresh towels. Called the front desk to request towels. Was told I needed to bring my used towels to the front desk to exchange them. Thought that was strange.”

“We had a great stay. The room was clean, nice, and cool. The bed was a little hard, but still a great stay.”

“The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.”

“The lobby is beautiful but the rooms need updating. The bathtub was old with some missing grout and the shower was small for $1000/night room rate. ”
