“We stayed here during a recent trip to Grand Rapids and unfortunately left disappointed. The property had several issues with cleanliness — there was an unpleasant smell, the floor vents and spaces under furniture were dirty, and dust had built up behind the drapes. Towels were scarce, there were no mattress covers, and the kitchen had a random hodge-podge of items that made cooking difficult. “This is a beautiful house with a great view. I loved that there was pretty much a bathroom for each bedroom. It was very clean and the owners put a lot of effort in making this place feel like home. Owners are great at communicating and responding quickly. Would definitely stay here again. ”
