“Adorable cottage with an amazing view of the pond. Main floor very spacious, large kitchen, adorable decor with attention to detail. Set up to have a fire in the wood stove or outside right next to the pond. So relaxing and cozy! Owner is in main house next door and came and introduced himself when we arrived. Just the right amount of off the beaten path but still convenient to Bangor and local shops. We hope to return!”

“Very peaceful setting directly on Pushaw Lake outside of Old Town. Out of the way from the populated tourist areas but all are accessible within a 1- 2 hour drive. Communication with property manager was excellent and house had everything we needed. Old Town had good restaurant options.”

“We had an incredible stay at Anita’s house! It was great for all ages - we had two adults, a grandmother, a 7 year old and a 1 year old. The attention to detail in their home is truly impressive. “It was a 10 min ride in from town which was fine. We wanted secluded and it was. House heater warmwd up the entire house, when needed. Fire pit to sit near at night made the nights perfect, looking out from the dock at the water and fall colors was beautiful. Haeverything we needed there”

“The house and lake are both beautiful. We rented a boat, tied it to the dock and spent a terrific week on the water. We used the grill and pizza oven and enjoyed the outdoor shower. The owner provided us with everything that we could need and was super helpful. This is a remote location but perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!”

“We used two side chairs and an end table to have all our meals by the fire! Very relaxing reading in the big chair with a hassock.Beautiful sloping field in front, pristine snow. We had an equipment failure with cross country skis, but moved on to snowshoes for a lovely walk. Did one trail in boots alone, but wished we had gone back out with the snowshoes. Interesting ridge walk. We'd definitely go back at other seasons as well, but it was just what we wanted for February!snowshoes. ”
