“Five friends gathering to celebrate a 60th birthday with a long weekend of bird watching and relaxing together. This home in McAllen was perfect for our needs. We felt like we were staying in a home and not a rental property. The location in McAllen was central to many of the birding sites within the World Birding Center. We enjoyed being on a quiet residential street that still gave us easy access to the major highways we needed to use. The layout of the house was perfect with the master……

“The condo is exactly as pictured inside. We had some questions upon arrival, and Kevin responded immediately. All of our interactions with him were excellent. We had everything we needed for our three-night stay. Excellent value for the price!”

“The apartment was an attached add on to the main house. The apartment only had door handle locks so safety was a concern. The parking was less than ideal since there were no clear designations and on one occasion, the main house had at least 4 vehicles parked randomly so our large SUV did not fit. Unfortunately I can’t give it an excellent rating but it definitely has potential. ”

“There was a dog in the neighborhood that was literally barking all night long. I don’t know about during the day because we weren’t there. The thermostat was difficult to change options and set. Don’t know where the pool was. The only parking available was the garage or in front of the garage, not the two that was noted. Other cars were always using the one’s in front of the condo.”

“Id say I love the location of where me and my wife stayed. It wasn't too much and it was just the right amount of quiet to remind me why I miss Texas.. I lost the power in the middle of making dinner, yet throughout that all she provided amazing Intel and consistent communication. I say everything happens for a reason and I loved the stay. So thank you so much for letting me enjoy my, experience. ”
