“Easy, peaceful, calm. Three things I require in a VRBO and this cute studio had all 3 in abundance. An easy check-in process. Simple straight forward directions for getting in and getting settled. Pictures and description is accurate. The river walk was 5 minutes away and so pretty. The pedestrian bridge brought me right across from the Iowa Events Center. The Capitol building and Botanical gardens are both within walking distance. My nights were peaceful and cool with little noise and air……
