“Upon arrival the room had ants all over. There was no fresh clean scent, nothing was wiped clean. We did call room service and after a tip it was cleaned well, but that should not be the case for having a clean room. Otherwise staff was okay, everyone just seemed to be in their own world and move at their own pace. You had great ocean/pool views, but you did not get that sense of Royalty.
