“My wife and I had a great weekend away. We took the jeep out on the trails for the day and headed back to our awesome little stay at the covered wagon. We recommend bringing a comforter or sleeping bag. It’s easier to cool the place than warm it. It was clean and cozy! It was so nice to take a hot shower after a day full of chasing waterfalls. We love the access to all the trails here as well as the ease to get to Oark Burger and Byrds for breakfast or dinner. We don’t cook on vacations but if you do you have a well stocked kitchen in his Cabin. Just my wife and I stayed in The Cabin our friends rented the RV hook up next to the Cabin. “Everything was clean. The photos were accurate. The location was great, nice and quite. Numerous hiking trails and streams. Our first scheduled day the property was occupied. Apparently there was a scheduling overlap. This necessitated a hotel stay. The host was apologetic and gave us an extra day on the back end of our stay. Overall it was a great place for the family to spend time together. Would do it again.”
