“When we arrived, the code was not working in the room that we booked. We sent a message to the support team and they helped to solve the problem fast. The room was clean and comfortable. Since the hotel was close the central main station, there were a lot of drug user. so we were concerned to walk at night.”

“There is good and bad. The good - my colleague and I had questions/issues with supplies and a coffee maker and the numa team helped us very quickly! The bad - The mattress was so soft that I got a terrible backache the whole trip. I ended up putting the ironing board on top of the mattress and sleeping on it.
