"Stayed in an ocean front room. Everything about this hotel was nice except the room didn’t seem very clean upon arrival. Hair in the shower, the bathroom counter top didn’t look like it was wiped down, finger prints on the mirror, dirt stains on the skirt of the bed. Only other complaint is the upkeep ..."

"We had an updated room. Refrigerator in the room was great! Comfortable beds & everything was clean on checkin. We were allowed to use the pool while waiting for our room to be ready. The room cleaning on the 2nd day left a lot to be desired. Beds were not made, dirty towels were left but a clean ..."
