“We took the citysubway with our family to Tenjin-minami station. The hotel is also a distance from the station. After arriving at the hotel. It was self-service check in, and there was a staff who guides from the side. After check in, I went to the front desk to asking some necessary arrangements for our rooms. I was uncomfortable with the staff with no smile at the end. I don't know if I will stay in this hotel again next time, but I hope that these staff should have some professional……

“The architect itself is worth to stay in this hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful, as professional as they are. They provide parking space which i wasn’t notice until arrive and the staff walk me there and show me its around the corner (its reasonable price compare to the nearby parking). Even surprise all the meals are included, from breakfast to dinner, which is presented as buffet, so convenient that we could slot when to eat before going out.
