Casa das Caldas - dream home with private pool on the way to Geres

Excellent luxury villa, inserted in completely private space, fully equipped, private pool satellite tv, free internet throughout the property two excellent balconies with privileged view. Located in the village of Caldelas, in the heart of Minho. Ideal for 6 people.

The house is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday stay.

The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room, two bathrooms.

The exterior of the house is magnificent as it has a private pool, barbecue and garden with outdoor furniture.

The property is fully walled and has fantastic views of the Monte de São Pedro Fins.

The house is 15 km from the city of Braga, 30 km from the city of Guimarães (World Heritage), 40 km from the city of Porto, 25 km from the city of Barcelos, 40 km from the city of Viana do Castelo and 25 km from national park of Peneda-Gerês. This is the ideal place for those who want to know the whole region and discover its rich and diverse heritage.
Discover the excellent hot pools at the border of the geres, the famous waterfalls and ponds, and the man river.

Take a break in the routine, come to know the heart of Minho, discover our heritage, relax in our spas, let yourself be surprised.
The house is located one minute from the center of the village where you can find a bank, ATM, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, taxi, buses, medicinal water spas, cafes and other services.

Beautiful outdoor area

Lovely outdoor space and facilities. Location a bit of a challenge for our age group (70s) but we managed quite well. Maria was very helpful and the neighbours also helped make the visit special.

relaxing time

we had a wonderful week in this house. We experienced a warmhearted welcome. Everything was clean and well equipped. The pool is great and the garden is perfect for family meals and relaxing. Air condition worked very well too. The location is good, all facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, bakery etc) are in walking distance. Thank you again for this week.

Maison très agréable proche du parc de penada geres

La maison est très joliement décorée ( les photos sont conformes à la réalité) et beneficie d'une terrasse très agréable et confortable où nous avons passé tous nos repas. La piscine est un plus indéniable. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leurs gentilles attentions à notre arrivée.
