“The amenities were excellent. Needing the handicap facilities for the bathroom, we were extremely pleased with how well equipped it was. The shower was very user friendly and exceeded the expectations that I had, as I am used to staying at a higher priced hotel that has lower quality handicap room amenities. Residence Inn really took care of our every need. Our stay was one we will repeat with Residence Inn. We are switching establishments to stay in from now on and will always stay in……

It's not in a great area, but I haven't lived here for a few years. The checkin was smooth and the staff is the friendliest and most professional I've dealt with in several years. Toilet didn't flush very well. Tub was very slippery. I did not like the bell in the elevator. Small paint problem in bathroom.”
