“This was a last minute booking. Booked less than 24hrs prior and got a fast response. Lovely apartment, very welcoming concierge and comfortable stay. Will return in the future. ”

“Really good, large apartment equipped well. Pool was small but excellent for a dip to cool off. The location is fantastic, close enough to downtown it's only a short cart ride away and there are several bars within walking distance that were all good. The Property Managers are truly excellent though. From booking flights and trips, helping with last minute delays and generally making a vacation very easy. Can't recommend them enough. “Las Amapolas delivered as promised. If you are looking for a cozy, well-equipped place to base your Ambergris Caye vacation from and away from the crowd, this is it. The location is lovely, right on the beach. The deck was the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful sunrises, and to listen to the surf breaking over the barrier reef. “We had a lovely stay at Joan's place! The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is comfortable, and it felt very safe and private. The construction, unfortunately, has begun again next door, but it really didn't disturb our stay. We appreciated Joan's suggestions for food and adventures, I would highly recommend taking at least a half-day out on the boat, and at some point, have a great dinner at the Black Orchid. “Great place to stay”

“The location was amazing… just be warned the bar Sandy Toes is right next door so expect loud music until 12am… maybe a little past 12… even a white noise app and speaker couldn’t cover the bass rattling the walls- but most nights we were out having fun anyways. Apartment was so clean, so many towels provided and beach towels as well- wash cloths toilet paper etc. really clean and just a great setup. Beds and pillows were comfy. Would stay again!”

“The beach front property was beautiful and well maintained. There many restaurants nearby. We rented a golf cart so we could travel both north and especially south on the island. Everyone we met in the course of our stay was friendly and helpful. We hope to visit this house and area again. It was a great vacation.”

“Everything as advertised and then some. What a great place and wonderful stay! Diana (the host) and Crystal (housekeeping) made me part of their little family complete with assorted pets and animals (resident dogs, chickens and iguanas). And, as well as, inviting me along gor social activities such as a local weekly trivia game night. I have been to many guesthouses and B&B’s all over the world and this was a first rate operation. “This condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our Christmas! We really loved that The Farmhouse was right across the street, so we supported them every morning for breakfast. The residents at the complex were all so friendly and made us feel welcome every time we encountered them, even the gators! Yes, they are around and so cool to see in the wild. “Absolutely beautiful home, very clean. Plenty of beach/pool towels and very comfy beds with nice linens. Incredibly well stocked kitchen. The view is amazing, with a pool and private little sand/beach area where I could just sit and read a book all day. Definitely recommend a golf cart as there is not a lot in walking distance. But if you’ve already seen San Pedro and just want to chill in a quiet area, this home is perfect for that, too. ”

“This location was absolutely beautiful. Opening the back door everyday to see the ocean shore was such a treat. My room was so spacious, so clean, and with the full kitchen it just felt like they’d thought of everything. It’s also located right by Truck stop for good food and entertainment and has a little store a short walk away that has anything you might need. It was so easy booking my excursions through the hotel, and the hotel’s price was cheaper than the prices I saw online for snorkeling……
