“The stay was for 1 night. The olace is nice and the staff is friendly. The property needs to be renuated and also the removes need to have mosquito repelents as too muxh of mosquitoes in the room.

“The very first day early morning something suspicious happened someone was just hitting very hard on the wall we heard someone was screaming and we heard the glass breaking we all 4 people were terrified & shocked when we tried to call the desk nobody responded & when I called the manager on his whatsup number then the front desk people came up & the reason of such nuisances they gave was totally not acceptable
I personally won’t ever come back to this property again ”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead.
Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit……

"Conveniently located in the business district. Check in was a breeze with friendly and efficient staffs
Unfortunately our first night was a Saturday night and the room next to us was extremely noisy; loud music…, etc.; throughout the night till morning. We made a complaint in the early hours of the morning and at the Reception Rohan was very helpful and obliging by switching us to another room for the remaining of our stay. Thank you so much Rohan.
Our room is very clean and comfortable with mini bar and all essentials well stocked. Housekeeping Rohan (also named Rohan) did a good job.
Breakfast at 022 is great with a wide selection of cold and hot food. Most importantly the staffs are the greatest I’ve ever met in any hotel I’ve stayed. Special thanks to Yash, Shivank and Ra. Always greeting us with a warm smile and seeing to all our needs. Super friendly and efficient. Thank you for the birthday cake. We love the service so much that we even have several of our dinner there. Love the cakes here; they absolutely delicious. Still thinking of them even though we are back home now.
Overall this is a wonderful hotel to stay. We love the service so much that we decided to stay for another week instead of shifting to another hotel for the remaining of our trip which was our original intention.
Looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in Mumbai."
