“I give them 4.5 stars. Old English hunt country charm with four poster bed and chintz curtains. My one negative is that there is no elevator for luggage. But, the hotel helped us get some of the luggage up to the room. The bar has been updated with an upscale menu and it had a lot of young people and full of energy. The hotel is right in the middle of the very quaint town of bernardsville. Overall, we had a lovely visit. ”

“Only disappointing thing was to pay for parking. There is a large lot at the building with ample parking and for the price of the room, parking should have been included. ”

“The staff is lovely and the property gorgeous. The room could have been more complete (no slippers to be found and no in-room mini bar amenities, which was surprising). The grounds are pristine and peaceful.”
